On Friday, September 15, Professor Peter Alegi gave the inaugural Bradford Morse African Studies Center Alumni Lecture at Boston University. The title of the lecture was “African Sports: Colonialism, Independence, Globalization.”
Following the lecture, the African Studies Center hosted a reception featuring the center’s take on a traditional goat roast.
