MSU History doctoral students Erica Holt, Daniel Fandino, Adam Coldren, and James Chrislip shared their research on issues of gender, politics, and memory in early 20th-c. East and Southeast at the Western Michigan University Asian Forum on September 28, 2018. Their panel, “Speaking of Empire: Communicating Colonial Discourse in Asia,” also included Professor Elizabeth Lublin of Wayne State University as discussant.
