Moch and Siegelbaum to present keynote at IOS Conference

Professors Leslie Moch and Lewis Siegelbaum will be presenting a keynote lecture at the Third IOS  [Institut für Ost- und Südosteuropaforschung] Conference in Regensberg, Germany. The conference is on “Migration in and out of East and Southeast Europe: Values, Networks, Well-Being.” The talk, on July 2, is titled “‘Making their own history, but not as they please’: Repertoires and regimes of migration in Russia’s twentieth century.” For the conference program go to:
