Professor Siegelbaum will be presenting a seminar in the Carolina Seminars series sponsored by the Center for Slavic, Eurasian, and East European Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, on Thursday, April 14. His presentation is titled “An Historical Topography of Migration in Imperial Russia, the Soviet Union, and the Russian Federation.”
