Professors Helen Veit, Charles Keith and Liam Brockey have received MSU HARP (Humanities and Arts Research Program) Awards for research on their latest projects. Veit’s project is titled “Victory over Ourselves: American Food in the Era of the Great War”; Keith’s is “Catholic Vietnam: A Church from Empire to Nation, 1862-1954”; and Brockey’s is “Spanish and Portuguese Empires in Crisis, 1620-1680.”
