Recent PhD graduate Eddie Bonilla has been named a Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Fellow in Ethnic Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for the 2019-2020 academic year.
The fellowship provides junior scholars the opportunity to spend a year at the Department of Latina/Latino Studies to pursue their current research and to engage with academic peers and students at the University of Illinois. Fellows teach a course in their area of expertise during their residency at the program.
