Michigan State University Associate Professor of History Dr. Yulian Wu recently published the Chinese translation of her book: Luxurious Networks: Salt Merchants, Status, and Statecraft in Eighteenth-Century China with Social Sciences Academic Press (China).
Wu has given three book talks in China in July. On July 9, she spoke to readers in a public library in Beijing, on July 11, she directed a talk at a Chinese Academy of History in Beijing. And, on July 14 she gave a talk at Nanjing University in Nanjing.
