Daniel Fandino is a first year PhD student His research interests center primarily on on the study of Modern Japan, focusing on U.S. – Japanese relations and the intersection of nationalism, popular culture and technology. Daniel is also an editor for H-Net: Humanities and Social Science Online and a 2017-2018 Cultural Heritage Informatics Initiative fellow.
Daniel maintains an interest in the digital humanities, American popular culture, and gaming.
