Prof. Peter Alegi gave a presentation on the history of the Olympic boycott against apartheid South Africa in an online seminar on “Africa and the Olympics: Race, Gender, and Power on the Road to Tokyo.”
The event featured African Studies scholars with expertise in sport and was co-hosted by the African Studies Association and Sports Africa Network.
