Lewis Siegelbaum will be presenting a paper at an international conference on Europe 1945: Liberation, Occupation, Retribution. The conference will be held June 2-4 at the National Research University’s Higher School of Economics in Moscow. It is sponsored by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, the German Historical Institute in Moscow, the Franco-Russian Research Center, and the Mandel Center at the US Holocaust Museum. Siegelbaum’s paper is: “1945 in the Soviet Union: Regimes and Repertoires of Human Mobility.”
