Lewis Siegelbaum published “‘Kak u sebia doma’: The Personal, the Private and the Question of Privacy in Soviet Russia” in Outside “the Comfort Zone”: Performances and Discourses of Privacy in Late Socialist Europe, edited by Tatiana Klepikova and Lukas Raabe and published by De Gruyter. His essay was derived from the keynote speech he gave in December 2017 at the conference in Passau, Germany that served as the basis for the volume.
