Kelly Smith serves as the Communications Manager for MSU’s Department of History and the Center for Integrative Studies in Social Science. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education marketing and communications, with expertise in creating on-brand, compelling content. Before joining MSU, Kelly spent 18 years as the Assistant Director of Marketing in Oakland University’s central Communications and Marketing department and nearly three years as a Senior Creative Writer at the higher education consulting firm Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL).
