Graduate students from history, anthropology, and WRAC have launched http://www.gradhacker.org, a website offering advice on productivity, teaching, technology, and wellness. Profhacker has written a post about the launch of the website here: http://ow.ly/57AT6. The department’s very own Micalee Sullivan and Alex Galarza helped build the site and launch the opening posts. Micalee has written two posts: one about digital archives and copyright issues and another on the dissertation and digital humanities. Alex has written a book review on Grerg Semenza’s “Graduate Study for the 21st Century”. The site is looking to expand and would welcome other grads from the department as guest authors. Comments are always welcome!
