MSU’s Department of History celebrated its annual awards ceremony on May 2 in the Kellogg Center.

Associate Professor Emine Evered delivered opening remarks, followed by the presentation of awards, including honors thesis authors, outstanding seniors, undergraduate awards, graduate awards, and faculty awards.

“It’s one of the highlights of year for me to be able to convene and recognize some of the wonderful members of our community and to recognize their achievements,” said Chairperson and Professor Michael Stamm. “It’s also nice to see how many colleagues, family members, and friends attend in support. It’s such a great way to end the academic year among this group at the event.”
