Lewis Siegelbaum is happy to announce the publication of The Oxford Handbook of Sports History (OUP, 2017) in which he and his son Sasu (the sports expert in the family) have a contribution – “Class and Sport” (pp. 429-444). This appears in Part VII. Reconsidering Established Categories and Contemplating New Ones. The volume also contains contributions from two former MSU History Department members – Laurent Dubois and Sayuri Guthrie Shimizu.
