Dr. Lewis Siegelbaum and Dr. Leslie Moch will give one of two keynote addresses at the Third Annual Conference of the International Institute of East and Southeast European Studies at the University of Regensburg, Germany. The conference title is “Migration in and out of East and Southeast Europe:Values, Networks, Well-Being”.
