Segal presents at Mongol Studies conference in Israel

Professor Ethan Segal, whose recent research exploresEthan Segal new views of foreign relations in East Asia during Japan’s medieval period, will be giving a paper titled “Yuan Dynasty Policies and Their Impact on Early Medieval Japan” at the international conference “Mobility and Transformations: Economic and Cultural Exchange in Mongol Eurasia,” held at Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel, June 29-July 14. The conference brings together scholars of Mongol Studies from across Asia, Europe, and North America.
