Civil Right Black Power Speakers Series

The Comparative Black History Program is hosting a Civil Right Movement & Black Power Speakers Series in Fall 2013.  Invited scholars will examine the post-World War II activism of African American freedom fighters and engage faculty, students, and the broader MSU community on recent trends, debates, and dialogues on African American history. This series is part of campus wide initiatives commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the United States Supreme Court decision in Brown v.
