Nwando Achebe will receive funding from the World Health Organization for a project titled Eradicating Wild Polio Viruses in Nigeria: A Strategic Communications-Centered Approach for Research and Training. She is Co-PI with Folu Ogundimu, Maria Lapinski-Lafaive, Khadidiatou Ndiaye, and Stephen Obaro. The project runs 11/14/2010-11/13/2011 and was funded for $384,726.
